Fence Cleaning and Staining
We use a similar process of cleaning, and staining to extend the life of your fence. We can also help remove and cut back brush that increases the speed of decay. We start with a stain and oil stripper (if needed), the pressure wash the fence. This ensures that the oils which have penetrated the wood can be removed. We then use brightener which resets the PH balance in the wood bringing back its natural color and reversing the graying. Then we allow the fence to dry, for a day or two before returning to stain the fence. This process does take longer, but it ensures a deeper and better clean vs just staining over the dirt. I spent a lot of time just talking about the maintenance, but know that we take the same level of care and detail when it comes to building as well.
Fence Repair
If you are not needing a full fence replacement, we can repair sections of a fence at a time as needed.
Fence Building: Privacy
We do a lot of standard privacy fence buildings, but we like to spruce them up with a top cap which really helps bring it together and make it look amazing. This style has cedar boards running vertically with no gap between them.
Fence Building: Good Neighbor
Good Neighbor fencing is our second most popular fencing design. This is great for shared yard spaces where you both want a nicer finish on your side of the fence, so you both share in it. It has gaps for minor visibility between boards, but is also great for windy locations. The gaps in the boards allows wind to flow through so the posts do not experience the full force of high winds.
Fence Building: Horizontal Slats
This is one of my favorite modern fencing styles. We use cedar boards and run them horizontally between posts. They can have gaps or not. For people with small children or pets, I would advise that a horizontal slatted fence is easy to climb.
Fence Building: Lattice Topper
Most of our fencing styles can have a lattice topper. This feature is less prominent in today’s fencing styles, but is still a great option.
Fence Building: Custom
If there is a particular fencing style in mind that you are looking for, please reach out and we can discuss and bid you any style of fence you would like.
